
David Wilson
Technical Director and co-founder of DHMO, David brings a diverse range of experience and specialist technical expertise to DHMO, both of which span over 22 years.After growing up in Peterhead, David attained a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from St.Andrews University. He went on to work for a large environmental waste management company where he spent eight years working in various roles, developing an appreciation for equipment and process. From there, David moved into Oil & Gas where he worked for six years as a product champion for a centrifuge service and rental company, before setting up DHMO in 2016 with business partner Owen McLaren.
David now brings together his interest in chemistry and experience in waste management and separation to lead on DHMO’s technical proposition. As a natural problem solver, David is well-suited to finding solutions to optimise separation systems and heat transfer equipment, across all industries. He has a particular interest in data and enjoys seeing clients benefit from healthy returns.
