Full Hydraulic Drive Decanter Centrifuges for the ultimate in flexibility and efficiency

Full hydraulic drive centrifuges utilise two separate oil circuits to drive the bowl and scroll, allowing their speeds to be varied independently up to a differential speed of 70 RPM.

This affords the operator complete control over the centrifuge’s most significant process parameters.

Bowl speed can be varied from 0-3400 RPM (2328 G’s) and maximum torque is 4163 N.m.

The compact, skid-mounted design minimises footprint and install times and both the discharge ports and scroll are protected with tungsten carbide.

The system is controlled via HMI and PLC for user-friendly operation and smart control and protection.

All systems come with a 12 month warranty as standard.
